ESS provides a highly skilled electrical and mechanical CAD & CAM staff. We are accustomed to working closely with customers to produce reliable assembly drawings ranging from single and multi-layered circuit boards to sophisticated test fixtures and product enclosures.

Schematic
capture and PCB layout is accomplished using the Holophase CIRCAD
product. Multi-layer boards up to 12 layers are possible. Once the design is
approved, circuit boards can be available with a normal delivery time of 5 days.
In emergency cases, delivery can be in as little as 24 hours. The CIRCAD product
is capable of importing designs directly from Protel or AutoCAD DXF file
formats.
All drawings are managed through strict level control and include revision blocks with descriptions of changes. All customer information is kept in strict confidence. Non-disclosure agreements are welcomed.
