ESS also uses the DUKANE ULTRA 700 AUTO-TRAC. This unit is a 40kHz plastic ultrasonic welder which is known for its clean, efficient and repeatable process. This system produces strong integral bonds while consuming very little energy. There are no solvents, mechanical fasteners or external heat sources involved.
